Since 1979 the professionally trained staff at Hastings Salon has been giving you expert advice to help you look and feel your best! We believe that building a relationship with our clients isn't just about "doing hair and nails." We listen to your needs and concerns. That is key to providing you with the best service possible while creating the look you wanted. Something that Judy and her staff often hear from their clients is how their salon reminds them of the classic movie Steel Magnolias. Judy Hastings (Owner)
Hair Designer, Makeup Artist, Skin care specialist
Hastings Salon became a reality in 1979. Knowing that starting up a business was a daunting task, it quickly became Judy's passion, and one of the most rewarding parts of her life. After 40+ years of serving the Southern Chester and Cecil County areas, their staff and expertise continues to grow. Judy has always had a passion for both hair and make-up, and is so excited to be able to provide both services under one roof. She believes in the Mirabella cosmetic line and is proud to be one of their ambassadors It is important to Judy to be able to teach women how to easily apply make-up to enhance their natural beauty.

Deb's journey at Hastings Salon began while she was still a student at Empire Beauty School starting off as a shampoo/receptionist. After graduating she was offered a stylist position. Since then, 25+ years have passed, and she still could not be happier with the decision she made all those years ago. Deb's favorite part of her job is developing a relationship with her clients. They quickly become like family. She believes that everyone who walks through the door at Hastings Salon deserves to feel welcome and special. One of Deb's favorite things to work on is transforming someone's hair with a texture wave. (Perm)

Blaire has grown up loving hair and fashion. She never saw herself doing hair, but now that she has been in the business for nearly a decade, she can't imagine having another career. She loves that everyday is something different, and that she can put her own unique touch to each clients needs. Blaire loves working with long hair, and adding dimension with highlights and lowlights.

She looks forward to going to Kansas City, MO each year to learn new ways to make you feel your best!

Nicole bring almost 20 years of experience to Hastings Salon. She started out as our shampoo/receptionist then became a hair stylists. Nicole successfully branched out for a few years on her own, and we are so excited to have her back! She loves working with fashion colors, and enjoys doing kid's cuts.

It wasn't until Elaine turned 40 that she treated herself to her first professional manicure and pedicure. After the experience Elaine knew it was something she would enjoy doing as a profession. Once her family was grown, and the youngest of three went off to college, Elaine thought it was time for her to head back to school too. Elaine has been a professional nail technician since January 2009. After working closely with people’s hands and feet, she wanted to expand her services to enrich her clients overall health and wellness. In 2014, she became a certified Reflexologist. Elaine also offers her reflexology services once a month at the Oxford Senior Center by appointment. Elaine loves the versatility she can offer her clients whether it is to help with their various health concerns or just a little pampering.
